THE CLUB
CLUB DESCRIPTION
Inspired by the classic Palm Beach club experience — Court Club is a membership-based racquet, wellness, dining, and lifestyle club designed for families.
Spanning more than five acres acres at 1591 Kirk Road in West Palm Beach, the club offers best-in-class racquet facilities, wellness offerings, and elevated dining in a thoughtfully designed, lushly landscaped setting. The club features a year-round calendar of athletic, social, and family programming that brings the community together on and off the court.
MEMBERSHIP CAPACITY
The Club will open with a strict capacity of 150 members, with future membership capped based on operational capacity. Management’s priority is to ensure an intimate and elevated experience across all facilities and social spaces. Membership issuance may be paused, staged or adjusted over time to maintain service standards.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Court Club will be open year round between the hours of 7:00am to 10:00pm, which may be seasonally adjusted. Management reserves the right to close the club for select holidays and special events and to adjust operating hours from time to time.
CLUB OPENING
The Club will consist of newly constructed clubhouse and facilities, which are currently under development. Club opening is planned for December 2026. Prior to opening, the Club will host Members-only racquet and social events in West Palm Beach. Opening timing may be phased adjusted due to construction timeline or other factors.
FACILITIES & AMENITIES
RACQUET FACILITIES
The Club will feature best-in-class racquet facilities and a year-round program of lessons, clinics, leagues, and camps for players across sports and skill levels. The Club reserves the right to charge hourly court fees at peak times. All courts are subject to reservations, which can be made up to 14 days in advance.
COURTS
6 Tennis Courts
Six (6) HAR-TRU® green clay courts featuring HYQ™ subsurface irrigation technology, lighting, and fencing. The subsurface system enables best-in-class drainage and drying times, allowing play to resume quickly following rainfall.4 Padel Courts
Four (4) padel courts total:
- Two (2) court “Padel Pavilion” - custom, high performance coverage structure with 36’ ceiling
- Two (2) outdoor courts3 Pickleball Courts
Three (3) outdoor pickleball courts, with the ability to occasionally convert tennis courts to pickle for periodic tournaments and to meet member demand.
1 Multi-Purpose Sport Court (“Kids’ Corner”)
Versatile surface and configurations for basketball, volleyball, hockey, badminton, etc.
CLUBHOUSE
A 10,000+ square foot clubhouse — designed by Spina O’Rourke (architect) and Ward & Gray (interior design) — offers inviting spaces for daytime and evening use:
Living Room & Social Lounge – Soft seating, artful design & natural light - ideal for socializing, working, or relaxing
Library & Games Room – A quieter space featuring records, books, backgammon, cards, and table games
Conference Room - Meeting room for members professional needs, including private meetings and calls
Restaurant, Café & Lounge – An all-day dining program designed for breakfast, lunch and evening social use
Spa & Locker Lounges – Men’s and women’s locker rooms integrated with wellness and recovery amenities
Group Fitness & Movement Studio – Indoor studio for yoga, pilates and mobility classes with featured instructors
Outdoor Covered Loggia – A shaded outdoor lounge connecting the clubhouse to courts and pool areas
DINING & HOSPITALITY
Led by NDT Development & Nick Coniglio, the celebrated team behind Lamarina, Lola41 and Cucina Palm Beach.
40-seat, bistro-style restaurant & café - all-day dining with seasonal, approachable, healthy menus
50-seat outdoor lounge - airy space with luxurious seating and curated bar program
Poolside service - private cabanas and lounge chairs with poolside menu service
All spaces are serviced by a commercial-grade kitchen and service area, and can be operated independently or combined for Club gatherings, curated culinary programming and special events.
To support the highest standard of quality, service, and variety across our dining and hospitality offerings, an annual Food & Beverage minimum of $1,500 for family memberships and $1,000 for individual memberships will apply.
WELLNESS & SPA
The Club’s wellness facilities are designed to support recovery, longevity, and everyday well-being, offering a calm, restorative counterpoint to active days at the Club. Amenities include:
Treatment room - designed for massage therapy, assisted stretching, and individualized recovery sessions
Social Dry Sauna - designed to accommodate 10+ people comfortably
Eucalyptus Steam Room / Hammam

MEMBERSHIP
MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
Court Club offers the following membership categories:
Founding Membership (Family only, capped at 10 memberships)
Signature Membership (Individual & Family, capped at 50 memberships)
Standard Membership (Individual & Family)
Memberships are subject to then-current initiation fee and annual dues, established at time of application and adjusted as capacity is reached. Current pricing is available upon request.
FAMILY MEMBERSHIP
A Family Membership includes:
Primary member
Spouse or domestic partner
Up to two (2) dependent children under age 25
Additional dependent children may be added for an incremental fee. Extended family members are not included.
INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP
An Individual Membership includes:
Primary member only
GUESTS
Members may bring up to three (3) accompanied guests subject to Club guidelines and applicable guest fees.
Guest Fee (day pass only): $75 per guest
Members must accompany guests at all times
Guest privileges are intended for occasional use and may not substitute for membership
OTHER POLICIES
COURT RESERVATIONS
Courts may be reserved up to 14 days in advance
Unlimited open play, subject to availability
A refundable booking deposit is required and forfeited only in the event of a no-show or late cancellation
Peak-time court usage may carry a modest hourly fee
DRESS CODE
Court Club maintains a relaxed but respectful atmosphere.
No formal dress code for courts or pool areas
Appropriate attire is expected within the clubhouse and dining areas during evening hours
Management reserves the right to address attire that is disruptive or inappropriate
MEMBER CONDUCT
Members and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Conduct detrimental to the Club, its members, or staff may result in suspension or termination.
PRIVATE EVENTS
The Club may host private events, lessons, clinics, tournaments, or third-party programming that may limit access to certain areas of the Club from time to time.
NON-EQUITY MEMBERSHIP
Membership is not an investment and carries no direct financial return. The Club does not anticipate assessments, though it reserves the right to impose them in extraordinary circumstances as permitted by law.
GOVERNANCE
Court Club reserves the right to establish, amend, and enforce Club rules, policies, pricing, and procedures. A Board of Governors will be established to provide Member guidance on such policies and community standards.
SUPERCEDING AGREEMENT
All members will be required to execute a formal Membership Agreement prior to opening, which will supersede this informational document.
