RESERVATION AGREEMENT

The (“Candidate”) desires to reserve a membership at Court Club West Palm Beach (the "Club") and will pay the Reservation Deposit (the "Reservation Deposit"), as indicated below:

  • In consideration of Candidate a) completing an Application, and b) acknowledging this Reservation Agreement, Candidate will be reviewed and if approved, invited to become a member of the Club, subject to submitting the Reservation Deposit.

  • If invited to become a member, Candidate will submit promptly a deposit (the "Reservation Deposit") in the amount of 20% of the then-current Initiation Fee, plus applicable Sales Tax, as partial payment of the required Initiation Fee.

  • Candidate will submit Reservation Deposit with the understanding that it will be deposited in a separate membership deposit account managed by the Company. The Reservation Deposit shall be held in a non-interest bearing account. 

  • The terms and conditions of membership in the Club will be as set forth in the Membership Plan Documents.  Candidate understands that the Membership Plan and related documents (“Membership Plan Documents") are not yet available and that Candidate will receive the documents when they have been completed.

  • After receipt of Membership Documents, Candidate acknowledges that there will be a twenty-one (21) day review period (“Document Review Period”) to review and execute the Membership Plan Documents, and to pay the remaining Initiation Fee for the Signature Membership.   

  • If the full Initiation Fee is not paid in full and received by the Company from Candidate prior to the expiration of the Document Review Period, the Company reserves the right to retain the Reservation Deposit and re-assign Candidate’s Signature Membership at its sole discretion.

  • Candidate may assign this reservation to another qualified individual, subject to the Club’s written approval. The new member go through the same application and review process, and if offered a Signature Membership, accept the terms of this Agreement and the Membership Plan.

  • This Reservation Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of State of Florida and the sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute between the parties hereof shall occur exclusively within the State and Federal courts of Palm Beach County, Florida

  • Candidate is not represented by any agent or broker, and acknowledges that no commission will be paid to any such representative later introduced to the transaction.  Candidate will indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims made for commissions by any such agent or broker.

  • Candidate acknowledges that any and all printed materials from the Company that are received prior to receiving the Membership Plan Documents are a general description of the membership opportunity provided for informational purposes may be modified by the Company at its discretion from time to time.

  • Upon acknowledgment of this Reservation Agreement, Candidate authorizes the disclosure and release of information requested by the Company for investigating my qualifications for membership, including without limitation, my law enforcement records and credit history.
